2ND Floor is main level. This unit has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs.  It also has in the living Room a Sleep Sofa. This unit does not have a dishwasher. Plus a deck facing the ocean. Bottom floor: has 3 bedrooms. Plus garage area.

The following linens are provided: bed sheets, comforters, and one set of towels per registered guest.

Beach towels are not included.

Unit has Washer/Dryer, A/C, TV, Cable, Iron, Iron Board,  Electric Stove, and Refrigerator.

There is a deck off of both living rooms; Upper level deck with stairs right onto the beach.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR VACATION UNITS.
Our staff will be happy to recommend one of the facilities on the island to provide housing for your pet.

"On Season" begins March 1st thru Labor Day.
"Off Season" begins Day after Labor Day thru Feb 28th.
Monthly rates only apply during off season.

If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, a $45 cancellation fee will apply.
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date for full refund of deposit, less cancellation fee of $45.

Cancellation of reservations made after the 14 day deadline prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
