Keep It For Me?
We will reserve a unit for you and your guests and prepare
it to your specifications. This service allows you to select
dates that match your needs.
To enjoy
this reserved status we require an advanced payment of a
portion of your anticipated bill. The payment requested will
be:
Payment in full is required
for one-night stays and or for reservations made within 14
days of arrival.
All
other reservations require 50% deposit.
Final
payment is required upon arrival or earlier if you wish to
pay ahead before arrival. Cash, traveler's checks, personal
checks and most major credit cards are accepted.

I'm Terrible at Math - How Many?
Each of our
accommodations has a maximum occupancy limit.
This is for your safety. Please do not exceed it.
All rates
quoted are based upon the number of people who will occupy
the unit. Check your head count.

|
OOOPS, What If I Have The Wrong Dates?
If you had the wrong date of your anniversary or an
emergency changes your plans... be sure to call us 14 days
prior to your arrival so that we can refund your advance
payment minus the $45 cancellation fee.

|
|
|
Young Adults?
Children under 6 stay free and teenagers are welcome. But an
adult 25 or older must register and stay in the unit.
|
|
|
|
|
When is On Season and When is Off Season?
"On Season"
begins March 1st thru Labor Day.
"Off Season" begins Day after Labor Day thru Feb 28th.
Monthly rates only apply during off season.

How Long is
a Minimum Stay?
Bed in
Breakfast no minimum stay required.
Condos require three night minimum stay during
On Season.
Private Homes require a Saturday to Saturday stay in the
months of June and July

What are Our Different Rates?
Nowhere else in Florida will you find more economical rates!!
Please call for our rates quotes. We have seasonal and off
seasonal rates.

Taxes and Housekeeping Departure fees not included.

When is Guest Check-In/Check Out?
You're welcome to use the deck and beach equipment at our
Inn, The 1735 House, if you arrive early.
But... you can't
occupy your unit until our housekeeping staff has completed
their work. THANKS!

Look for a sandy cream building.
No early check-
ins will be allowed unless approved by Front Desk.
Late check-in outs are available upon prior approval from
Front Desk.
There is a fee
for late check outs.

What is The
Late Check Inn Procedures?
If arriving after hours call and let us know and we can
leave you instructions as to what to do about keys, and just
come in the following morning to sign paperwork.
The Late
Check-In Box is on the Left hand side of our Entrance.

Are Linens Provided with Lodgings?
The
following linens are provided: bed sheets, comforters, and
one set of towels per registered guest.
Beach towels are not included.

Is Morris and Friends Allowed?
Benji, Mr. Ed, Morris and any other pets can't stay with us
or in your car. So please make other arrangements.
Pets are not allowed in most of our vacation
units. For those units that will allow a pet, you will incur a
non-refundable $200.00 pet fee.
Our staff will be happy to recommend one of the facilities on the island to
provide housing for your pet.

Where is Amelia Island vs. Fernandina Beach?
Amelia Island is the name of the island itself that we are
on; Fernandina Beach is name of the only city on Amelia
Island. Historic Downtown/Fernandina Beach is approx 1 or 2
miles max from most of our units on S. Fletcher.
