The following linens are provided: bed sheets, comforters, and one set of towels per registered guest.

Beach towels are not included.

Lovely unit - great view of the ocean - living room, wood wicker with sleeper sofa.

Unit has Living Room-Sleep Sofa, Washer/Dryer, A/C, TV, Cable, Iron, Iron Board,  Electric Stove, and Refrigerator.

This unit has balcony.

Pets are not allowed in most of our vacation units.  For those units that will allow a pet, you will incur a non-refundable $200.00 pet fee.  

Our staff will be happy to recommend one of the facilities on the island to provide housing for your pet.

"On Season" begins March 1st thru Labor Day.
"Off Season" begins Day after Labor Day thru Feb 28th.
Monthly rates only apply during off season.

If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, a $45 cancellation fee will apply.
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date for full refund of deposit, less cancellation fee of $45.

Cancellation of reservations made after the 14 day deadline prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Turn left at South Fletcher Avenue at the roundabout going north - go 1.6 mi
Arrive at 426 South Fletcher Avenue it is on the right the ocean-side of road.
